So many of you reading this will have inevitably been told to exercise to help reduce your fibromyalgia pain. There are tonnes of articles out there, even more out of shape doctors recommending it and of course every man,woman and child telling you it will magically help. Hey guys, As you know I am Constantly learning and tweaking my pain management programs to ensure that I offer my clients the best i can possibly give. Everyone I see is completely different and as such, I have many different programmes and protocols I used to achieve the results I do. I often find ways to shorten certain programmes like the pain management programme Lizzie and Sharon recently helped me modify the last time I asked for volunteers. I am asking for One volunteer to take part in testing some modification to my current Mobility protocols which currently take 6 weeks. I feel like with the changes I wish to make I may be able to get it down to around 4 weeks.
To help me finalize the tweaks to the programme and figure out which protocol changes work. This of course will be free and I will need to see you at least 2 times per week at the Newcastle (UK) Studio for 4 weeks.
There is a few requirements that I would like those who apply to meet please;
- I must never have met you.
- Must have multiple mobility issues e.g hips, back, shoulders
- Must live local or be able to get to the Newcastle(UK) studio 2x per week.
- Must have difficulty walking
- Must have chronic pain.
If you or anyone you know would be interested in taking part, please send me an email at: Adam.firstname.lastname@example.org with a little about yourself.
To see how the last Volunteers go on read about it below.
I’ve had a lot of emails lately asking if there will be any more road shows this year. …
