What are you leaving behind in 2021?

A picture showing the quote in yellow
The practitioners have shared some quotes about the things that 2021 has really taught them:
👤Paul: “Take note of who you are with when you feel at your best”
I chose this quote because if 2021 taught me anything, it’s that external factors are a huge part of your health both physically and mentally.
You will already know that being around certain people can almost suck energy from you, whilst other people seem to almost inject you with energy.
In 2022 I’m removing anything from my life that doesn’t make it better or add value to it.
👤Jonny: “Self-care is not self-indulgence, its a necessity, and if you neglect it things are not going to go well for you”
I chose this quote because 2021 has been the year that has taught me that I can’t pour from an empty cup. So, in 2022 I am going to schedule in my diary more time off to take care of myself and to follow my interests and hobbies.
👤Adam: “Asking for help is never a weakness, strength relies on numbers, so a strong support network is a must”
I chose this quote because 2021 has been an incredibly stressful year for me personally, but with Paul and Jonny as the best business partners and close friends that I could ask for, their support has seen the end of stressful times.
But………our question to you is what have you learned this year?
What are you leaving in 2021?
And what are the things you are focused on bringing into 2022?
2021 has really been the year that we have gotten rid of a lot of dead weight that was holding us back, overhauled a lot of our systems, and had the chance to work with some truly amazing clients this year.
We have a few changes coming next year and a major one is that we aren’t going to be working with as many people in 2022, as we have some major plans for expansion, with new locations and new practitioners coming in 2022.
We also plan on getting back to filming some more recovery documentaries, just like the ones done in previous years, and to be honest this is something we have really missed doing!
Now that our practitioners have shared their lessons from 2021, what’s yours?
From our family here at The Fibro Guy, we hope you have enjoyed the holiday season and we look forward to seeing you all in 2022 when we finally reopen on Monday.
If you have emailed us over the holiday period, please keep an eye on your inbox this week.
Warmest regards
The Fibro Guy Team
