1. About Us

The Workshop is provided by The Fibro Guy Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Company name: The Fibro Guy Ltd
Company number: 11900515
Registered address: 85 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 7LT
Website: www.thefibroguy.com
Email: Info@thefibroguy.com

If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us using the details above before completing your purchase.

2. What the Workshop Includes

The Hypermobility Live Workshop is a scheduled, live, online educational programme. It includes the following:

Live teaching sessions delivered via video conferencing over approximately four (4) weeks, scheduled on specific dates as advertised at the time of purchase.

Live question and answer sessions at the end of each teaching session.

Replay recordings of all live sessions, made available after each session.

Downloadable PDF materials to support learning.

Access to a dedicated community platform where participants can interact and discuss Workshop content.

Bonnie AI – an AI-powered educational support tool trained on Workshop materials (see Section 10 below).

Bonus digital course content – The Hypermobility Fundamentals Bundle (Hypermobility 101, Hypermobility 102, and Understanding Foot Mechanics), provided with lifetime access.

The Workshop is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See Section 11 for the full Medical Disclaimer.

3. How the Contract Is Formed

A legally binding contract between you and The Fibro Guy Ltd is formed when:

You complete the checkout process and submit your payment, and

We send you an order confirmation email.

Before completing your purchase, you will be asked to confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. The key information about the Workshop (including the schedule, price, what is included, and your cancellation rights) will be presented to you clearly before you are asked to pay.

4. Price and Payment

The price of the Workshop is as displayed on the sales page at the time of your purchase. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Payment may be made as a one-time payment or via an instalment plan through Klarna (or any other instalment provider offered at checkout), subject to the provider’s own terms.

If you choose to pay by instalments, you remain responsible for completing all agreed payments. Failure to complete instalment payments may result in suspension of access to Workshop materials and community features until payment is brought up to date.

If you legitimately exercise your right to cancel within the cooling-off period (see Section 5), any instalment payments already made will be refunded (less any amount owed for digital content already accessed or services already received), and future instalments will be cancelled.

5. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Because this is a distance contract (purchased online), you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of the date the contract is formed, without giving any reason. This is called the “cooling-off period” and is provided under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

How to Cancel

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by making a clear statement before the cooling-off period expires. You can do this by:

Emailing us at Info@thefibroguy.com, or

Writing to us at 85 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 7LT, or

Using the Model Cancellation Form provided at the end of these Terms (use of the form is not obligatory).

When the Cooling-Off Period Ends

The cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day the contract is formed (i.e. 14 days after the date of your order confirmation email).

Effect of Cancellation

If you cancel within the cooling-off period:

Where no digital content has been accessed and no live sessions have taken place: You will receive a full refund of all sums paid, within 14 days of us receiving your cancellation notice.

Where the live sessions have not yet begun and no digital content has been delivered: You will receive a full refund of all sums paid, within 14 days of us receiving your cancellation notice.

Where the live sessions have already begun at your request during the cooling-off period: You will be liable to pay a proportionate amount for the live sessions already delivered up to the point you communicated your cancellation to us. The balance will be refunded.

Where digital content has been delivered during the cooling-off period (if applicable in future): If you expressly consented to receiving digital content early and acknowledged the loss of your cancellation right in respect of that content, you will not be entitled to a refund for the digital content already accessed.

6. Digital Content and When It Is Delivered

The Workshop includes digital content such as community platform access, downloadable PDFs, replay recordings, Bonnie AI access, and bonus digital courses.

Digital content is not made available immediately upon purchase. Access to digital content and the community platform will be provided when the Workshop begins (or at such time as communicated to you before purchase).

If, in the future, we offer the option of early access to any digital content before the Workshop start date, we will:

Ask you to expressly consent to receiving that digital content before the end of the 14-day cooling-off period, and

Ask you to acknowledge that by receiving access, you will lose your right to cancel in respect of that digital content.

This consent would be obtained through a separate active step at checkout (such as a tick box), not simply by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

Until any digital content is delivered, your right to cancel under Section 5 remains fully intact.

7. Refunds After the Cooling-Off Period

Once the 14-day cooling-off period has expired (or once your cancellation right has been lost through the mechanism described in Sections 5 and 6), no refunds will be given for:

Change of mind

Scheduling conflicts or inability to attend live sessions (replay access is provided)

Failure to participate or engage with the content

Personal circumstances unrelated to the Workshop

Your statutory rights are not affected. If the Workshop is not delivered with reasonable care and skill, or if the digital content is not as described, of satisfactory quality, or fit for a particular purpose made known to us, you may be entitled to a remedy including (where appropriate) a repeat performance, price reduction, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights.

8. Workshop Schedule and Delivery

The Workshop begins on the advertised start date and runs for approximately four (4) weeks.

Live sessions are scheduled on specific dates and times as advertised. The exact schedule will be confirmed before purchase and in your order confirmation email.

If you cannot attend a live session, replay recordings will be made available.

We reserve the right to make minor, reasonable adjustments to session timing where necessary (for example, due to technical issues or presenter illness). If a significant change to the schedule is required, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable, and if the change is material (for example, cancellation of multiple sessions without rescheduling), you will be entitled to a proportionate refund for sessions not delivered.

9. Intellectual Property

All Workshop materials are the intellectual property of The Fibro Guy Ltd. This includes but is not limited to:

Live session recordings and replays

Downloadable PDFs and transcripts

Community content created by us

Bonus course content

You may not:

Share your login credentials with any other person

Record live sessions for redistribution

Reproduce, copy, or distribute any Workshop materials

Unauthorised use or distribution may result in immediate termination of your access (without refund for sessions or content already delivered) and may give rise to legal action.

This does not affect your statutory right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence if you are a consumer within the European Union or another jurisdiction that provides this right.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will apply to purchases made after the date of the updated Terms. Changes will not apply retrospectively to existing contracts unless required by law.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If it cannot be modified, it shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Fibro Guy Ltd in relation to the Workshop. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
