We are thrilled to announce the release of “No Pain, No Pain”, a book about fibromyalgia that aims to dispel confusion and misinformation surrounding the condition. Co-authored by Dr. Mairi Harper and myself, the book is the culmination of our collaboration in the field of fibromyalgia treatment.
Dr. Harper, who was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2002, met with Adam in 2017 for a 1:1 workshop. After learning about the complexities of chronic pain and adopting a Biopsychosocial approach to her health, she overcame her chronic pain and was able to resume her daily activities.
In “No Pain, No Pain”, we delve into the science behind chronic pain and provide readers with core principles to adopt a Biopsychosocial approach to their health. Written in easy-to-understand language, the book is designed to help readers challenge the myths surrounding fibromyalgia and build a solid foundation for better health. We dispel common misconceptions about the condition, provide practical advice on reducing reliance on pharmaceuticals, and offer a lighthearted perspective on the healing process.
By reading “No Pain, No Pain”, you will gain the knowledge necessary to take your first steps towards wellness and leave the fibromyalgia label behind.
