A progressive and supportive online group programme designed to help you improve joint stability, mobility, and confidence in movement, without the cost of 1:1 coaching.
This is an online, group-based course designed to help individuals with hypermobility and lower body issues improve movement, stability, and comfort in their ankles, knees, and hips. It runs for 8 weeks, includes live sessions twice per week, and offers ongoing support through a private Facebook group. The course is suitable for people who may have pain, instability, or reduced function in their lower body, including those with hypermobility or long-term conditions.
You’ll be working alongside a small group of others (max 30 people), with direct support from Practitioner Adam and practitioner Jonny every week.
This course is suitable for people who:
Are experiencing discomfort, pain, or instability in the hips, knees, or ankles
Have difficulty with common movements like stairs, standing up, walking distances
Are hypermobile or recovering from prolonged movement avoidance
Want guidance but do not require (or cannot access) 1:1 coaching
Prefer step-by-step structure and professional oversight
No prior fitness level is expected. Sessions are adaptable and can be done entirely at home, with very minimal equipment.
These sessions are at the heart of the programme.
Each one is hosted live by Adam and Jonny. You’ll be guided through practical exercises and concepts that build on each other, week by week.
We’ll cover:
How your brain maps your body, a process known as cortical mapping, and how to improve the connection between what you feel (sensory input) and how you move (motor output). This helps your brain better locate your joints, control them with more precision, stabilise them during movement, and coordinate motion with less effort and strain.
How to build muscle tone, not through heavy training, but by improving how your muscles activate and support your joints. You’ll learn how to make it easier for your body to hold itself together, stay stable during movement, and feel more connected overall.
How to create and maintain proper foot arches, and how to train your feet to move in the way they’re designed to. This includes learning how to absorb force when your foot hits the ground, and how to redistribute that force through the rest of your body when walking, which helps reduce strain on your ankles, knees, hips, and back.
You’ll never be expected to keep up. We go at a steady pace, explain everything, and adapt to the group’s needs.
Can’t make a session? No problem.
All sessions are recorded and added to our private Facebook group for you to access any time, and in case you miss a session.
This is your day-to-day support hub.
In the group, you’ll get:
Answers to your questions from Adam and Jonny
Weekly reminders and breakdowns of what to focus on
Check-ins to keep you accountable and on track
A safe space to share wins, ask for help, or just talk
You’ll never be left to figure things out alone.
This group is where we bring the personal side of support to the programme, even in a group format.
