Hi, I’m Elysia! When my mum saw Adam’s post about a volunteer opportunity at his studio in Newcastle, she reached out, and that’s how I got started. Working with Adam has been a game-changer. We’ve been doing some really cool exercises, and guess what? I’m walking to school on my own now! It’s been such an incredible journey that I even got featured in the news. Plus, I’ve taken up horse riding, which I absolutely love. Every step feels like progress, and I’m super excited for what’s ahead!
